Yinka Sonibare presents an iconic stance on two things Alana appreciates: 1) the negative impacts of colonialism and 2) that a persons ‘culture’ is a conglomerate of historical events played out in a global context. This piece considers those ideas as she layers forms from many EuroAmerican patterns and images.
Shipping times will be agreed upon at time of order. Some pieces in certain sizes will need to be printed (2 weeks turnaround) and then painted over (another week) before they can go in the post.
